Frequently asked questions

Please read below for our most often asked questions. If your question isn't answered here, please reach out to us by emailing:

How much are tickets?

Regular price tickets are $20. You can find coupon codes at local stores and online. We offer discounts for military and first responders, and for groups of 10 or more. Please visit our tickets page for more information and to purchase advance tickets and merchandise.

Do you allow kids?

All guests are welcome, regardless of age, as long as they are able to walk through the duration of the haunt. Visitors under the age of 13 require a parent or guardian for admission inside. All guests must have tickets.

How long is it?

Our haunt starts as soon as you drive on the property and you aren't safe from scares until you drive off. Every experience is different and the length of time you spend inside depends on how fast you move...and how fast we let you move. The average time from door to door is 10-15 minutes, if you make it out at all.

Will you touch me?

No, and please don't make us. Our actors are trained to not touch our guests. In the darkness, customers and staff may accidentally bump or touch each other but we are a no-contact haunt.

Is the haunt handicap accessible?

Our haunt is not conducive to the use of assistance equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs or canes. We have uneven floors, sharp turns and very tight spaces that require mobility.

Can I get a refund?

Our tickets are non-refundable and all transactions are final.

Can i purchase tickets and merch at the door? Do you take cards?

Yes and yes! Tickets and merchandise can be purchased online and on-site. Cash and cards are accepted at the door. All tickets are date specific and cannot be transferred to another day or refunded.

Can I take pictures and video?

No photography or videography is allowed inside the haunt. If you are caught with your camera on during the haunt, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. We highly encourage photos and videos in the queue line with our interactive creators and actors, as well as with our photo props.

What is on the inside?

We have strobe lights, tight spaces, slanted floors, loud noises, uneven footing, dark spaces, fog and odors that may pose health issues. Click here to view our haunt rules. Please do not touch our props or our people. They will not touch you unless they have to render aid or escort you from the property.

Do you sell food and/or alcohol?

No alcohol is allowed on site. No drugs are allowed on site. Anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be asked to leave and no refunds will be provided. We are working on having food trucks available for some nights of operation. Please check our Facebook page for information on which nights and which trucks will be on site. The food trucks are separate from the haunt and as such, may have different accepted payment methods and rules.

Are you open if it rains or snows?

Our haunt is open regardless of weather. We will only close if the roads and parking are become too dangerous. We will announce any closure as soon as possible on our website and social media pages along with information about how to transfer your tickets.

How many tickets do you have left?

We do not limit the number of tickets available for each night. If you are on property before closing time, you will be able to purchase tickets. We will stay open for as long as it takes to get all of our customers through the house. If you are concerned about lines or have a specific time frame in mind, please consider arriving earlier in the evening or on Sundays when the lines are typically more manageable.

Can I wear a costume?

Costumes are allowed inside the haunt. For the safety of our actors, we do not allow full-face covering masks or props inside the haunt. We will allow face-coverings as required for COVID compliance, but they cannot be or resemble costume masks. Guns, knives or other weapons, real or fake, are not allowed anywhere on the property or inside the haunt.
